Premium services may include:

• Professional Employer Subscription
• AI CV Center
• Job Boosts
• Featured Listings
• Premium Recruiting Tools
• Future AI Services
• Additional premium features introduced by CamJobs

Premium services are optional unless expressly stated otherwise.

Professional Employer is a premium subscription designed for businesses, organizations, recruiters, and employers requiring advanced recruitment tools.

Professional subscriptions may include:

• Browse Talent access
• Advanced candidate search
• Premium hiring tools
• Future analytics
• Additional recruitment features

Subscription benefits begin only after successful payment.

Failure to renew may result in the loss of premium functionality while preserving account data.

Premium subscriptions do not guarantee successful hiring, applications, interviews, or candidate availability.

The CamJobs CV Center is a premium AI-powered document generation service.

Users may generate professional CVs using templates provided by CamJobs.

Available templates may include:

• Basic Professional CV
• Dubai CV
• Canadian CV
• Additional templates introduced by CamJobs

Pricing is displayed before payment.

Payment is required before AI generation begins.

Once a CV has been successfully generated, users may view, edit, download PDF, re-download PDF, and update their generated CV without additional payment.

Generating a new CV template or a new AI-generated version may require a new payment.

CamJobs reserves the right to introduce additional templates and pricing in the future.

Employers may purchase Job Boosts to increase the visibility of eligible job listings.

Boosts may improve:

• Homepage visibility
• Search visibility
• Recommendation priority
• Featured placement

Purchasing a Boost does not guarantee:

• Applications
• Interviews
• Successful hires

Boost visibility depends on marketplace activity and user engagement.

CamJobs may introduce additional premium services, including but not limited to:

• Employer Verification
• Featured Company Profiles
• AI Hiring Assistant
• AI Interview Preparation
• Premium Career Services
• NFC Professional Cards
• Advanced Analytics
• Recruitment Packages

New premium features shall be governed by these Terms unless separate conditions are published.

Payments for premium services are processed using approved payment providers supported by CamJobs.

Available payment providers may change over time.

Users are responsible for ensuring that:

• Payment information is accurate.
• They are authorized to use the selected payment method.
• Sufficient funds are available.

CamJobs is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers.

Unless otherwise required by applicable law or expressly stated by CamJobs, digital services that have already been successfully delivered are generally non-refundable.

Examples include:

• Successfully generated AI CVs
• Completed Job Boosts
• Consumed premium features
• Subscription periods already used

Refunds may be considered where:

• Duplicate payments occurred.
• Technical failures prevented delivery.
• Payments were processed incorrectly by CamJobs.

Refund requests shall be reviewed individually.

Approval of a refund remains at the discretion of CamJobs where permitted by law.

If a payment fails:

• Premium access may not be activated.
• Pending services may remain unavailable.
• Users may retry payment using another approved method.

Repeated payment failures may temporarily restrict access to certain premium services until payment is successfully completed.

CamJobs reserves the right to modify pricing for premium services.

Pricing changes do not affect services already purchased.

Updated pricing shall apply to future purchases after the new pricing becomes effective.

Current prices are displayed before payment confirmation.

Users are responsible for any taxes, duties, exchange fees, transaction charges, or banking fees applicable to their purchases unless otherwise stated.

CamJobs may collect taxes where required by applicable law.

CamJobs works with trusted payment providers to process transactions securely.

CamJobs does not guarantee uninterrupted payment services.

Payment information is handled in accordance with applicable security standards and the CamJobs Privacy Policy.

Users experiencing payment issues should contact CamJobs through official support channels before initiating disputes with payment providers.

CamJobs will make reasonable efforts to investigate:

• Failed payments
• Duplicate charges
• Missing premium access
• Technical payment errors

Fraudulent payment disputes may result in account investigation or restriction.
