• Future products and services

Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of CamJobs intellectual property to any user.

Users receive only a limited, revocable, non-exclusive right to use the platform in accordance with these Terms.

Users retain ownership of the content they upload to CamJobs, including:

• Profile information
• Portfolio photos
• Portfolio videos
• CV information
• Company information
• Job listings
• Reviews
• Messages

By uploading content, users grant CamJobs a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store, process, display, reproduce, and distribute such content solely for operating, improving, securing, promoting, and providing the CamJobs platform.

Users confirm they have the legal right to upload all submitted content.

CamJobs values user privacy.

Personal information is collected, processed, stored, and protected in accordance with the CamJobs Privacy Policy.

By using CamJobs, users acknowledge that certain information is required to:

• Create accounts
• Match jobs
• Improve hiring
• Prevent fraud
• Operate AI systems
• Process payments
• Maintain platform security

CamJobs will never intentionally sell users' personal data to third parties.

CamJobs is a technology platform connecting users.

CamJobs is not:

• The employer
• The employee
• A recruitment agency
• A labour broker
• A staffing company

CamJobs does not guarantee:

• Employment
• Interviews
• Successful hiring
• Candidate availability
• Employer responses
• Salary payments
• Job quality

Users remain solely responsible for decisions made before, during, and after employment relationships established through the platform.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CamJobs shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the platform.

Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless CamJobs, Nerzo, its directors, employees, partners, contractors, and affiliates from claims, damages, liabilities, losses, legal costs, and expenses arising from:

• Violation of these Terms
• Misuse of the platform
• Illegal activities
• User-generated content
• Violation of another person's rights

CamJobs may suspend or restrict accounts where necessary to protect the platform.

Reasons may include:

• Fraud
• Fake identities
• Fake job listings
• Harassment
• Spam
• Repeated policy violations
• Payment abuse
• Security risks
• AI moderation decisions
• Administrator investigations

Suspension may be temporary or permanent depending on the circumstances.

Where appropriate, users may submit an appeal.

Users may close their accounts at any time.

CamJobs may permanently terminate accounts that repeatedly or seriously violate these Terms.

Termination may include:

• Removal of public profile visibility
• Removal of premium access
• Removal of marketplace privileges
• Deletion or anonymization of personal information where required by law

Certain records may be retained where required for legal compliance, fraud prevention, financial reporting, dispute resolution, or legitimate business purposes.

CamJobs shall not be responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including:

• Natural disasters
• Internet outages
• Government actions
• Power failures
• Cyber attacks
• War
• Civil unrest
• Labour disputes
• Failures of third-party service providers

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Cameroon unless otherwise required by applicable mandatory law.

Users agree that disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the competent courts of Cameroon unless another dispute resolution process is required by law.

CamJobs may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.

Where changes are significant, CamJobs may notify users through:

• Announcements
• Other reasonable communication methods

The latest version shall always be available within the platform.

Continued use of CamJobs after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of those changes.

These Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy, Community Standards, Refund Policy, AI Governance Rules, and any additional policies published by CamJobs, constitute the complete agreement between CamJobs and its users concerning the use of the platform.
