All users must interact professionally and respectfully.

Users must not:

• Bully users

• Share explicit content
• Promote violence
• Encourage illegal activity
• Abuse platform features

Users are expected to communicate honestly and respectfully throughout every stage of the hiring process.

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Fraud
• Identity theft
• Fake job postings
• Fake employer accounts
• Fake talent profiles
• Multiple unauthorized accounts
• Human trafficking
• Forced labour
• Illegal recruitment
• Pyramid schemes
• Advance-fee recruitment
• Pay-to-apply scams
• Money laundering
• Financial scams
• Selling accounts
• Buying accounts
• Attempting to manipulate ratings
• Attempting to manipulate Trust Scores
• Attempting to bypass platform protections
• Sharing contact information before permitted by CamJobs
• Uploading illegal or offensive content
• Circumventing paid platform features
• Using automated tools to scrape or harvest platform data

Violation may result in immediate moderation action, suspension, permanent removal, investigation, or legal reporting where required.

CamJobs actively monitors the platform to detect suspicious behaviour.

Detection methods may include:

• AI moderation
• Rule-based validation
• User reports
• Behaviour analysis
• Account verification
• Manual administrator review

CamJobs may temporarily restrict accounts while investigations are conducted.

Restrictions do not imply guilt.

Investigations help protect the marketplace.

Users are encouraged to complete hiring activities through CamJobs.

Attempting to deliberately bypass platform protections before Hire Offer confirmation may result in moderation action.

CamJobs is not responsible for disputes arising from private agreements made outside the platform.

Users who move communication or hiring outside CamJobs before the platform workflow is completed do so at their own risk.

Every user may report:

• Scam activity
• Fake employers
• Fake talents
• Harassment
• Discrimination
• Spam
• Offensive behaviour
• Fraud
• Other safety concerns

Reports should be truthful.

Submitting false or malicious reports may itself violate these Terms.

CamJobs may investigate reports involving:

• Fraud
• Identity misuse
• Fake accounts
• Suspicious payments
• Platform abuse
• Community Standard violations
• AI moderation appeals

During investigations CamJobs may:

• Request additional information
• Restrict certain features
• Preserve evidence
• Contact affected users
• Cooperate with lawful authorities where required

Investigations are conducted to protect the integrity of the marketplace.

CamJobs may review content uploaded to the platform, including:

• Profile photos
• Portfolio photos
• Videos
• Job descriptions
• Company information
• Messages
• Reviews

Content violating platform policies may be:

• Removed
• Hidden
• Flagged
• Blocked
• Submitted for administrator review

Moderation may be performed by AI, administrators, or a combination of both depending on the active AI operating mode.

CamJobs uses Artificial Intelligence to assist with moderation.

Depending on the active operating mode:

• Full AI Mode
• Hybrid Mode
• Manual Mode

AI may:

• Detect scams
• Detect fake jobs
• Detect prohibited content
• Detect abusive behaviour
• Improve marketplace safety

Significant moderation decisions remain subject to administrator review where applicable.

Users may appeal eligible moderation decisions through the CamJobs appeal process.

Users should:

• Meet in safe public locations where appropriate.
• Verify important information independently.
• Avoid sending money to unknown individuals.
• Never pay fees to obtain employment unless clearly disclosed through official CamJobs services.
• Report suspicious behaviour immediately.

CamJobs cannot guarantee the actions of individual users but continually works to improve marketplace safety.

Where these Terms are violated, CamJobs may take one or more enforcement actions, including:

• Warnings
• Content removal
• Reduced visibility
• Temporary restrictions
• Messaging restrictions
• Job posting restrictions
• Account suspension
• Permanent account termination
• Legal reporting where required

The enforcement action selected will depend on the severity, frequency, and impact of the violation.
