Browse Talent is a premium marketplace feature that allows Professional Employers to discover available workers before posting a job or alongside traditional recruitment.

Browse Talent is intended to help employers find suitable candidates based on skills, experience, availability, verification status, and other relevant factors.

Individual Employers do not have access to Browse Talent.

Talent profiles displayed within Browse Talent may include:

• Display Name
• Profile Photo
• Professional Summary
• Skills
• Experience
• Portfolio Photos
• Portfolio Videos
• Languages
• Verification Status
• Available Now Status
• Online Status (where applicable)
• Career Journey
• Public Ratings

Private information including telephone numbers, email addresses, internal Trust Scores, moderation history, and personal documents shall never be displayed before a confirmed Hire Offer.

CamJobs reserves the right to rank talent using internal marketplace algorithms.

Browse Companies allows Talents to discover verified employers and organizations actively recruiting on CamJobs.

Company profiles may display:

• Company Name
• Logo
• Industry
• Company Description
• Hiring Activity
• Verification Status
• Office Location
• Public Company Information

CamJobs may recommend companies based on user interests, skills, experience, location, or hiring activity.

Employers are responsible for ensuring that every published job is truthful, lawful, accurate, and complete.

Job listings should clearly describe:

• Job Title
• Responsibilities
• Requirements
• Work Location
• Employment Type
• Working Schedule
• Number of Positions
• Salary (where disclosed)
• Application Deadline (where applicable)

Employers may not publish misleading, fraudulent, deceptive hateful, deceptive, discriminatory, or illegal job advertisements.

CamJobs reserves the right to reject, remove, edit, or suspend any listing that violates these Terms, Community Standards, or AI Moderation Rules.

Talents may apply only for jobs they genuinely intend to perform.

Submitting applications using false information, fake qualifications, or impersonated identities is prohibited.

Where a job requires a CV:

• Existing CVs may be attached.
• Users without a CV may generate one through the CamJobs CV Center.

Submitting an application does not guarantee:

• Interview
• Employment
• Employer response
• Job offer

Employers remain solely responsible for their hiring decisions.

Hire Offers represent the official hiring mechanism of CamJobs.

Employers may send Hire Offers only through the platform.

Talents may:

• Accept
• Decline
• Ignore

every Hire Offer.

Acceptance alone does not reveal private contact information.

After accepting a Hire Offer, Talents must complete the confirmation process.

Only after confirmation shall contact information become visible to both parties.

Employers remain responsible for ensuring the position remains available until the Hire Offer expires or is withdrawn.

CamJobs messaging exists to facilitate safe communication between users.

Messages are subject to AI moderation and Community Standards.

Users may not use messaging to:

• Harass others.
• Threaten users.
• Share prohibited content.
• Conduct fraud.
• Circumvent platform protections.
• Share private contact information before permitted by platform rules.

CamJobs may moderate, restrict, or suspend messaging privileges where necessary to protect users.

CamJobs supports a structured hiring journey.

Typical lifecycle includes:

• Job Published
• Application Submitted
• Employer Review
• Hire Offer
• Confirmation
• Contact Reveal
• Work Performed
• Completion
• Rating & Review
• Career Journey Updated

CamJobs may expand this lifecycle as new features become available.

Ratings may only be submitted following a completed hiring process conducted through CamJobs.

Users may not:

• Submit fake reviews.
• Exchange reviews.
• Threaten users for positive ratings.
• Manipulate review systems.

CamJobs reserves the right to remove reviews that violate Community Standards.

AI may assist in detecting fraudulent reviews.

CamJobs maintains both public reputation indicators and private Trust Scores.

Public indicators may include:

• Verification Status
• Jobs Completed
• Public Ratings
• Career Milestones

Internal Trust Scores remain confidential.

Trust Scores are used to improve:

• Search quality
• Recommendations
• Marketplace safety
• Fraud detection

Trust Scores are never sold or publicly disclosed.

Career Journey records a Talent's progress throughout the platform.

Career Journey may include:

• First Job
• Jobs Completed
• Skills Acquired
• Employer Recognition
• Career Milestones
• Years Active
• Professional Achievements

Career Journey is designed to encourage long-term professional growth.

Employers may hire the same Talent multiple times through CamJobs.

Repeat hiring contributes positively to marketplace trust and may improve future recommendations.

Repeated successful hiring relationships may receive additional visibility within platform recommendations.

Talents may upload work-related portfolio content demonstrating their skills and experience.

Portfolio content must:

• Belong to the user or be used with permission.
• Be lawful.
• Be respectful.
• Be relevant to professional work.

CamJobs may moderate portfolio content using automated systems and administrator review.

Content violating Community Standards may be removed without notice.

CamJobs integrates Artificial Intelligence to improve the user experience.

AI may assist with:

• CV Generation
• Job Moderation
• Message Moderation
• Marketplace Recommendations
• Reputation Analysis
• Fraud Detection
• Mama Welle Assistance
• Future AI-powered services

AI assists platform operations but does not replace human oversight.

Users may appeal significant AI moderation decisions where applicable.

CamJobs may introduce NFC-enabled features allowing users to share professional profiles, digital business cards, portfolios, or verified employment information using Near Field Communication technology.

Future NFC services shall remain subject to these Terms & Conditions and any additional policies published before release.
