CamJobs operates a multi-role hiring marketplace.

Every registered user belongs to one of the following account types:

• Talent
• Individual Employer
• Professional Employer

Each account type has different permissions, responsibilities, and available platform features.

Users may only use features available to their currently active role.

A Talent Account is designed for individuals seeking employment opportunities.

Talents may:

• Create a professional profile.
• Browse available jobs.
• Apply for jobs.
• Generate AI-powered CVs through the CV Center.
• Receive Hire Offers.
• Upload portfolio photos and videos.
• Enable or disable Available Now.
• Receive ratings after completed work.
• Build a Career Journey.
• Communicate through CamJobs messaging after platform rules are satisfied.

Talents agree that all information provided regarding their education, work history, certifications, skills, and experience is truthful.

Providing false qualifications or misleading information may result in moderation, suspension, or permanent account removal.

An Individual Employer Account is intended for private individuals hiring workers for personal or household needs.

Examples include:

• Domestic workers
• Housekeepers
• Drivers
• Gardeners
• Security guards
• Event staff
• Temporary workers
• Family assistants
• Caregivers

Individual Employers may:

• Post jobs.
• Receive applications.
• Review talent profiles.
• Send Hire Offers.
• Communicate after Hire Offer confirmation.

Individual Employers do not receive Professional Employer recruiting features.

Professional Employer Accounts are premium business accounts intended for companies, organizations, institutions, recruiters, and businesses requiring advanced hiring tools.

Professional Employers may:

• Browse Talent.
• Search verified candidates.
• Access advanced recruiting tools.
• Manage multiple vacancies.
• Access premium recruitment features.
• Receive future employer analytics.
• Use premium hiring services released by CamJobs.

Professional Employer accounts remain subject to all moderation, safety, and platform rules.

Premium status does not exempt any user from compliance.

Professional Employers may create Company Profiles.

Company Profiles may include:

• Company Name
• Logo
• Business Description
• Industry
• Website (where permitted)
• Office Location
• Company Photos
• Hiring History
• Verification Status

Company information must be accurate.

Misrepresentation of a company or organization may result in immediate suspension.

CamJobs supports controlled role switching.

Talent ↔ Individual Employer

Users may switch between Talent and Individual Employer instantly.

Switching:

• Does not delete data.
• Does not remove history.
• Does not remove ratings.
• Preserves profile information.

To protect platform integrity, CamJobs may limit excessive switching within a short period.

Talent → Professional Employer

Professional Employer mode is a premium feature.

Activation requires:

• An active Professional subscription.
• Acceptance of Professional Employer responsibilities.

When activated:

• Talent profile is hidden from Browse Talent.
• Job applications are disabled while Professional mode is active.
• Available Now is disabled.
• Professional Employer dashboard becomes active.
• Talent data is archived.
• Talent data is never permanently deleted solely because of role switching.

Professional Employer → Talent

Users may return to Talent mode at any time.

Upon returning:

• Archived Talent profile is restored.
• Professional recruiting tools become unavailable unless the Professional subscription remains active.
• Previous Talent history, ratings, and profile information are restored.

Every user agrees to:

• Maintain truthful information.
• Respect other users.
• Protect account credentials.
• Use CamJobs only for lawful purposes.
• Follow Community Standards.
• Follow Marketplace Rules.
• Follow AI Moderation Rules.

Users remain responsible for all activity performed under their accounts.

Users may not:

• Create fake accounts.
• Operate multiple unauthorized accounts.
• Buy or sell accounts.
• Share accounts with other individuals.
• Use automated software to access CamJobs.
• Attempt to bypass moderation systems.
• Attempt to manipulate rankings, Trust Scores, reviews, or recommendations.

Violation may result in:

• Warnings.
• Temporary restrictions.
• Account suspension.
• Permanent removal.
• Investigation where necessary.

Users may request deletion of their accounts at any time.

Before deletion:

• Outstanding investigations may delay deletion.
• Active disputes may require temporary data retention.
• Legal obligations may require limited retention of specific records.

Where permitted by law, CamJobs will permanently delete or anonymize personal information after processing the request.

Certain operational records, payment records, moderation logs, and legal compliance records may be retained where required by applicable law or legitimate platform interests.
