CamJobs is a technology platform operated under Nerzo that connects talented individuals, individual employers, professional employers, and companies throughout Cameroon.

Our mission is to make hiring safer, faster, more transparent, and more accessible by providing a trusted marketplace where people can discover work opportunities, recruit talent, communicate securely, and build long-term professional relationships.

CamJobs is not an employer, employment agency, recruitment agency, labour broker, or staffing company unless explicitly stated for a specific service.

CamJobs provides the technology that enables users to connect with one another while maintaining privacy, security, and trust through platform rules, verification systems, and artificial intelligence.

By accessing or using CamJobs, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you must immediately stop using the platform.

By creating an account, accessing any feature, posting a job, applying for a job, purchasing a premium service, or otherwise using CamJobs, you confirm that:

• You have read these Terms & Conditions.
• You understand these Terms & Conditions.
• You agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions.
• You agree to all future updates made in accordance with these Terms.

Continued use of CamJobs after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

For the purpose of these Terms:

CamJobs

means the employment marketplace operated under Nerzo, including its website, mobile applications, AI systems, APIs, future products, and related services.

Platform

means every digital service provided by CamJobs.

Talent

means any registered user seeking employment, freelance work, temporary work, contract work, permanent work, internships, apprenticeships, or other opportunities.

Individual Employer

means an individual hiring workers for personal, domestic, temporary, event-based, family, or household needs.

Professional Employer

means a business, organization, registered company, institution, recruiter, or premium employer using professional recruitment tools provided by CamJobs.

User

means any person accessing or using CamJobs.

Profile

means the information, documents, photographs, portfolios, work history, education, certifications, and other content associated with a user's account.

Job Listing

means any employment opportunity published on CamJobs.

Application

means a user's submission expressing interest in a published job.

Hire Offer

means an official hiring invitation sent through CamJobs after an employer selects a candidate.

Confirmed Hire

means a Hire Offer accepted and confirmed through the CamJobs workflow.

AI

means any artificial intelligence system integrated into CamJobs, including moderation systems, recommendation systems, Mama Welle, CV Center, and future AI services.

Premium Services

means paid features offered by CamJobs including subscriptions, AI CV generation, boosts, premium recruiting tools, and future paid services.

To use CamJobs you must:

• Be at least sixteen (16) years of age.
• Have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under applicable law.
• Provide accurate and truthful registration information.
• Maintain only one personal account unless expressly authorized by CamJobs.

CamJobs reserves the right to request identity verification where necessary to protect the integrity of the marketplace.

Users providing false information may have their accounts restricted, suspended, or permanently removed.

Users are responsible for maintaining accurate, complete, and up-to-date account information.

Users agree that all information submitted to CamJobs will be truthful and not misleading.

Users may not:

• Create fake identities.
• Impersonate another person or organization.
• Share accounts with another person.
• Transfer ownership of an account without written approval from CamJobs.

Each user is responsible for all activity occurring under their account.

CamJobs may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or threaten the safety of the platform.

Users are responsible for protecting their login credentials.

Users agree to:

• Keep passwords confidential.
• Use secure authentication methods.
• Notify CamJobs immediately if unauthorized access is suspected.
• Log out from shared devices.

CamJobs implements reasonable security measures to protect user accounts; however, users also share responsibility for maintaining account security.

CamJobs is not responsible for losses resulting from a user's failure to protect their account credentials.
