CamJobs Marketing Representative

CamJobs is looking for a motivated and confident Marketing Representative to help grow awareness and usage of CamJobs in Buea and Limbe. As a CamJobs Marketing Representative, you will represent the CamJobs brand in the community and help connect job seekers, skilled workers, employers and businesses with the platform. What you'll do: • Promote CamJobs to people in your community • Introduce job seekers and workers to CamJobs • Encourage people to create profiles and showcase their skills • Introduce employers and businesses to CamJobs • Encourage businesses to post jobs and find suitable workers • Visit businesses and communities to create awareness • Share CamJobs promotional materials and campaigns • Build relationships with potential users and business owners • Promote CamJobs through social media and other appropriate channels • Help increase registrations, job postings and overall platform awareness • Report marketing activities, feedback and opportunities to the CamJobs team What we're looking for: • Based in Buea or Limbe • Good communication and interpersonal skills • Confident speaking with people and businesses • Friendly, professional and presentable • Comfortable using smartphones, the internet and social media • Interested in marketing, sales or community outreach • Self-motivated and able to work independently • Reliable, energetic and results-oriented • Previous marketing or sales experience is an advantage Time commitment: Approximately 6 hours per day, with flexibility depending on marketing activities.
